Nidal Nijm sent me a Steam key for his game Fursan al-Aqsa: The Knights of the Al-Aqsa Mosque®, I played it for a while and failed miserably, so I installed the “n00b friendly” mod, I lasted a little longer, but inevitably I still ended up failing miserably and have not managed to get past the second level >.<
The game tells the story of a Palestinian student called Ahmad al-Falastini, who was tortured and wrongfully imprisoned by the Israeli regime for five years and his family are murdered in an Israeli airstrike, upon release from prison Ahmad seeks revenge.
Fursan al-Aqsa: The Knights of the Al-Aqsa Mosque® is both a first and third person shooter and have a handful of popular weapons.
Whilst having a great story, the game does have a couple of flaws, it is too hard and the aim seems way off.
The game has gotten some bad press from Israel, which falsely claims that this game glorifies the murder of Jewish people, which is 100% false, you fight Israel Defence Force soldiers, whilst the game is pro Palestinian, it isn’t really anti-Israel either, a young man seeks revenge for the heinous crimes committed against him and his family.
That being said, this is a great game if you enjoy tough combat, so do yourself a favour and add it to your Steam library now:
