Rare/Dev hardware collections.

Recommended Posts

About a month ago I finally fulfilled a dream of owning a piece of "dev" hardware. It's a blue DTL-H1100 PS1 and I paid rather more than I'd like to admit for it...but it got me interested, what other rare little tidbits does everyone else have in their collections?

Ah yes. It was the first console I ever bought for myself. Cost me £25...some store or other found a load in a warehouse a few years back :P
It's in slightly rough shape...it's seen a lot...and it's not seen much use in the last year or two. I still have the box...but it's kinda mashed now.

I dunno...I'm stumped. My best guess is some kind of obscure device for debugging purposes. Is it blue/green?

Lol it's a Pocketstation Devkit

It was released exclusively in Japan on January 23, 1999 :shy:

Looking at the wires, my guess is some kind of memory debugging for the PS1, using the memcard slots..'
