Want To Be A News Poster On The Forum ?

With HENkaku being full of awesome there is so much more news to cover and i am finding it harder to cover all the news, i have even been neglecting WiiUHaX as i simply cannot find the extra time or the energy to do everything as well as deal with the headaches that come with maintaining a server.

So i am writing this thread to see if anyone want’s to write news for the forum, before you think you do, be aware that i am quite anal and strict with my rules which will be listed below:

Being A News Poster On PlayStationHaX

  • You need to be a member of the forum, that one is kinda obvious.
  • You should own the console you are writing about, this is not necessary, but having the console might actually help you write an article better.
  • You have to understand that you will be writing news in a volunteer basis and it is not a job.
  • You have to be able to spell and write, reading also helps, if you have a problem with spelling, install a spell checker.
  • You need to be able to take criticism, people will at some stage shit on something you wrote, you need to be able to deal with that.

Writing News On PlayStationHaX

  • You must write at least one article per week.
  • You must write your own article, even if it is only one or two lines, copy & pasting an article as your own is strictly prohibited.
  • You must source and source properly, for instance, you see an article on PSX-Place first, but their source is Wololo, you must add Wololo as the source and if you wish to do so, add PSX-Place as the Via below where you added the source, you do not have to add the Via, but it is the nice thing to do if that’s were you seen the information first.
  • Your news can be about anything console related or single board computer related.
  • You article should have an image, the image must be uploaded to an image hosting website, no hot linking.

If you still want to be a news writer after reading that, create a post stating so and what skills you have at writing, being a news writer somewhere else before is not compulsory though.

[Released] Vitamin – Official Release – PS Vita

Vitamin – Official Release

View File

I am sure you have read my article about the leek of Vitamin, well this is the official release, the one you should be using, here is a quote from the source :

This software has been written by us within 4 weeks, which we planned to release anonymously under the name Team FreeK. However Major Tom accidently shared an old built with a group of people, in which one or more of them decided to leak a game first and the day after the tool itself. For no reason. As we, Team FreeK already wanted to officially provide the dumper soon.

Now, there are some people who say: You guys actually wanted to release it anyways, why do you get mad about a leak then? Let’s say their wifes give premature births and their children aren’t well developed yet, would they also say: The baby would have actually come out anyways, why do you get sad? That was a bizarre example, but it’s actually how we feel about a project: We took care of it and worked on it 5h per day with full of passion until it was fully developed. Not only was our disappointment big, but also our helplessness, when we saw our work floating in the internet without our knowledge. We were then called babies because we showed some emotions when we faced the fact that our work, that we have been taking care for one month, got leaked.

The betrayal drove Major Tom so mad, he just left the scene immediately, not because he was a dramaboy as some people think, but because he didn’t feel respected by anyone. The same feelings did I and mr. gas also have, as we couldn’t believe how many people existed who were so disrespectful and impudent and even insulted us. There is also a small part of people who is totally against piracy and think that we damaged the whole PS Vita game industry. From our perspective, piracy was unavoidable, it would happen sooner or later. Our private motivation was, to be very first group that would release the first tool ever to dump and launch pirated games. We, personally, don’t care alot about games, as we have already bought those we liked. We also considered the PS Vita game industry as dead, I mean, not even $ony shows support for the device anymore.

Beside all these people that made us feel sad, there’s luckly an even bigger group of people that show understanding and thankfulness. And thanks to them that was what motivated me to release the final tool in the end. I want to support those who supported us.

We also want to express our thankfulness to Team molecule, as their work HENkaku is brilliant. A masterpiece. Their work is true hacking. Ours on the other hand is just a software that makes use of some tricks to dump games.

Features this version has that the leaked version does not:

  • Amphetamin plugin
  • Additional self dumping (higher compatibility)
  • PARAM.SFO patching to prevent 0x80101144 error
  • Games are dumped as ‘safe’ homebrews
  • Auto-suspend blocker
  • More stable dumper
  • Better UI with progress bar and percentage

Vitamin is NOT hosted on this website, the link goes to the official download section, i do not condone piracy, but i do like this tool as it has other uses than pirating games.

Team FreeKs Vitamin Leaked – #HENkaku #HENkakuFail

If you follow the PS Vita scene as i am sure most of you do, then you will know that Vitamin, the game dumper/decrypter has been leaked by an ego-maniacal coward, not to help the scene, but because he needed the attention, he needed that shit to give his impotent ass an erection, all that fapping in his mother’s basement left him flaccid.

You are probably wondering why this asshole @GregoryRasputin is ranting again, well it is because i am pissed off this clown betrayed his friends trust and leaked the game and Vitamin, the clowns friend being @Major_Tom, not only did this clown break up a team, he also leaked an unfinished application, here are some tweets from members in Teaam Freek:

So there you have it, if this teaches anyone anything, be careful who you trust…

Also i will not be linking to or supporting this leaked version, it means nothing and is incomplete.

Ground Control to Major_Tom :(

I posted this thread ten days ago:

And today sadly i am posting about another great dev who is leaving the scene, there are no reasons mentioned and no one should harass him for a reason either, here is the tweet posted by @Major_Tom:

I really hope he changes his mind and decides to stay, but if he doesn’t, i would like to wish him well in all he does and thank him for all the great stuff he has done, hopefully we will see you around again.

Henkaku Updated To Allow PSN Access

Henkaku got an update today. It now spoofs your firmware and also allows PSN access. Normally I am against modded consoles on the networks, but in the case of the vita I don’t mind. Only reason Sony keeps putting out updates now is to stop us from reviving a console they tried to kill.

Full update details can be found at:
